We understand that returning an item can leave many feeling nervous, that’s why we aim to make it as easy as possible for you. You never have to worry.

Should you need to return something, Contact Us here, or message us on Whatsapp (+27714238024) and we’ll return it hassle free. All you have to do is pay for the courier.

We offer a refund policy or exchange policy, as long as return guidelines are met.

 

Return Guidelines

  • Hair items must not be damaged in any way.
  • Hair items must be in original packaging
  • Hair items must not have been worn for hygiene purposes- no exceptions.
  • Hair items must not have been washed or modified in any way, which includes cutting, straightening or styling products.
  • All products are to be returned within 29 days from the day you received your package.
  • All items are inspected by the team at HER HAIR before any action is taken.
