This one is for the thin haired beauties. If you have thin hair and you’re wanting some tips on how to blend your HER HAIR extensions more seamlessly, then you have come to the right place.
Sometimes it can quite difficult to hide all the clips, especially when your hair is thinner. We’re here to put you at ease…It’s possible to hide all the clips seamlessly and naturally!
Tip #1: Make a solid base for the wefts
If you’re worried about your extensions sliding and moving around throughout the day, it’s important to create a solid base in order for the weft to have something to hold on to without sliding. You can create this base by spraying a small amount of hair spray over the area where you would clip in your extensions, then teasing the hair.
Tip #2: find the ‘safe zone’
A ‘safe zone’ is an area on the head where the extensions will not be seen. It is important to play around and find this area so that you can wear your extensions comfortably. Generally, this ‘safe zone’ is anywhere below the line of your eyebrows. Draw an imaginary line around your head from one eyebrow to the other and attach your wefts anywhere below that line.
Tip #3: position of your wefts
Although there is a general guide on how to clip in your extensions, there is no particular right or wrong way and it’s best to play around and see which positions are best for the shape of your head. It also isn’t necessary to use all 7 pieces. Heads come in different shapes and sizes so do not panic if you don’t position them correctly the first time. Practice makes perfect!
